We target 99.9% uptime for our platform infrastructure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to our service. We obtain a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the service. Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our retention policies.
All service software, design, logos, and content are owned by Leddit or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission. You retain all rights to your submitted data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LEDDIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leddit from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or security risks. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
